    "content": "Hon. Speaker, I thank you for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this Bill. Business people regularly undertake what we call a SWOT Analysis. This is nothing other than a situation analysis to help you know where you have come from, where you are, where you are going and how you intend to get there. Thus, hon. Speaker, you look at your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities available to you, and the threats impeding you from exploiting those opportunities. In more ways than one, a country is nothing, but a large scale co-operate entity. This country has many strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
