He had, in fact, come to the Chamber with a Statement for Masongaleni, which was ready – you had asked for two weeks – and he has not presented it. The other one is the one on Konza City; this being a Vision 2030 project, it has stalled simply because there appears to be a boundary dispute. We have delayed; the Government has made a budget for this particular year and nothing is happening because of this boundary dispute."
