    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I know I supported that Motion on polythene papers, and we did write to the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resources. I very much support that idea of having an environmentally friendly Kenya, but there have been some delays in getting the reply from the Ministry. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with your permission, allow us to intervene again as a Committee to bring the Statement within two weeks from today. I can even push it maybe to one week."
