    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. What I want to say is unrelated to what I was trying to do in terms of this amendment. However, you heard Sen. Murkomen cast some aspersions on my conduct. This cannot go without you considering what I will say. He said that during the debate, I was walking in and out. Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is nothing that stops a Senator from walking in and out. Secondly, it is not a must that every Senator speaks to every Motion. Participation can be by way of listening or cheering in a way that is accepted in the House or by voting. Many Senators are here because there will be a division. Therefore, I want you to protect me because my record is very good in this House and in other Houses. For the Senator to say that I was walking in and out and without knowing what I was doing--- He may not have known what I was doing outside. I may know more about the conduct and procedures of this House. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I seek your protection."
