    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as you know, I am the Senator who neighbours Tharaka-Nithi County. Although I did not speak to this Motion yesterday, as Sen. James Orengo said, there are many ways of contributing. I contributed by supporting the Motion and lobbying other Members to support it. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think that the amendment that is being introduced by Senior Counsel is very reasonable. This Senate should be looking at all corners of this Republic and we should be supporting the development of infrastructure in all counties.
