"content": "hurdle with little words when ultimately, the business of the Parliament will be at the National Assembly as the legislature. I do not want to be in this Senate when the critical issues that concern the Laws of Kenya are being debated but I just watch as a spectator. The Constitution does not want me to be a spectator. At the end of the day, I will just argue that you should not let this Bill be titled as one which has been enacted by the Parliament of Kenya because it has not. We have not seen it. It has not come to me. On that ground alone, this Bill should not see the light of day especially when we want to build a republican constitutional democracy where respect of law is paramount."
