    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in terms of what action will be taken, first of all, the matter has been taken up, like I said, by the Prime Minister’s Office as part of his coordination role. If there are any investigations as to whether the matter was deliberate or purely by error or whatever happened, that will be the subject of the outcome of the review that is taking place. At this point, I would not want to cast any aspersions on any of the members of staff, but the understanding is obviously that, if anyone was involved in any irregularity, then action will be taken as appropriate. The matter is receiving the necessary attention."
