"content": " Order, Senators! First, I want to say that I share with the earlier contributions and concerns as to how we process the business of the House. I have been persuaded by Sen. Murkomen and other Senators who have spoken, saying that they need a considered ruling. I feel like I should not make it now; I will make it at a later time. One thing I want to confirm now is that, one – and I said this yesterday when this matter also came up – that we do not seem to appreciate the provisions of Article 112 of the Constitution.
