    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am just concerned about the amount involved in this contract and the casual way in which the Minister is talking about the contract. He is even saying that it was not a requirement to look at the documents which were attached. Then, the question would be: Why are the documents there? This matter looks very weighty and it is important that it is referred to the relevant Committee for thorough investigation. It is a very serious matter given the amount involved, the kind of contract we are talking about and what it means to this country."
