    "content": "With regard to the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, the mandate of this Committee is too wide to be handled by one Committee. In view of the time constraints that we are facing, I will urge Members to read the proposed amendments in details. Time has come for us to make the work of the Senate much more efficient than effective by refining these Standing Orders. The Committee recommends the proposed amendments to the Standing Orders to come into force upon resolution of the Senate to adopt the House Rules and House Business Committee Report pursuant to Standing Orders Nos.244, 247 and 248. I now beg to move and call upon Sen. Orengo to second the Motion."
