    "content": "Hon. Speaker, we had discussions with the head of the Kenya Forest Service (KFS) about the fake certificates. The supplementary information we got is that, yes there were murmurs about fake certificates, and what they did was that they changed the recruitment process from being an internal exercise that used to be done by the Security Department to include more persons, so that they opened up the process. The challenge that the Director has is that there are murmurs but nobody is willing to give information as to who has a fake document."
