    "content": "The House Business Committee met on Tuesday this week, at the rise of the House to give priority of the business of the House this week and next week. Next week on Tuesday, the House is expected to consider the Memorandum of His Excellency the President on the Kenya Information and Communication (Amendment) Bill – a Bill which the President refused to assent to. The House will also consider the Media Council Bill, 2013 in the Committee of the whole House. I want to make it very clear that in the event that this House decides to disagree with the President’s Memorandum, the required number is two-thirds of the House or 232 Members. So, if anybody wants to disagree with the President, he may use the weekend that is coming to make sure that he marshals a two-thirds majority in the House."
