    "content": "The House Business Committee has also prioritised debate to a Motion on the approval of appointment of the Members of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC). It is important for hon. Members to know that these positions are creation of the Constitution, Article 127(d). It will, therefore, be unconstitutional for us to leave the positions vacant for nearly nine months after the inauguration of the 11th Parliament. The nominees, together with other PSC Commissioners, will be the advocates of the welfare of Members of Parliament and the Commission’s staff. Therefore, I urge the hon. Members to be present in the House on Tuesday to dispense with these urgent matters."
