It now reads that the IEBC shall keep a register of authorized persons under the Act. I do not think that looks like a very good function of the Commission. It is just a matter of appeal; it must not go, but my own feeling is that if it remains, it looks superfluous to me. But I agree with the principle of the proposal made, that we do away with the expenditure committees. I support."
