    "content": "The amendment by the Committee is to the extent of requiring that before any search is done by the Commission, a search warrant is obtained from the High Court as is, indeed, required by the Constitution. The Commission had put in the Bill, in the earlier draft, that for purposes of investigations and compliance, the Commission be authorized at any reasonable time to enter into any premises and search them.
