    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. The intention by hon. Gumbo is not being achieved by what he is seeking to do, that is deleting the words “any person”. This is because all that is required is to indicate specifically, but the information will have to come to a person. The way the amendment is worded makes it incumbent upon whoever has information--- This information includes evidence. That is the way it is. However, the way he is putting it, it will become ambiguous and will not make it obligatory for a person to give the information. That amendment will, therefore, not improve it, but will make the law ambiguous."
