    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I am afraid I am not going to support this particular one for the principal reason that the IEBC has to follow many laws. Already, there have been a lot of efforts to codify the electoral laws into a small set of laws, for example the Elections Act and the Political Parties Act. I fear that it is not only this particular Act that will affect matters of the Commission as envisaged. There are issues in Chapter 6 on integrity and leadership that will capture some of the matters affected by this particular Act.
