    "content": "only this Act, yet it is clear in other provisions of the law that the IEBC will have to follow many laws, including this one. So, I do not support the amendment and I urge the Member to drop it; in any case the IEBC will always follow the law. There is no possibility of the Commission carrying out its tasks without following the law or regulations passed by this House. So, instead of having a controversy around this matter, let him withdraw it; as we move to the other amendments, where we are able to accommodate them, we will do so."
