    "content": "I think in the spirit of moving closer to Nakuru, I do not oppose this amendment. I do accept it as it improves the final reporting that is required so that the candidates can then concentrate on their campaigns. They had already submitted their limits. They would only be required to submit the final report. So, I do support that amendment."
