    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I agree with hon. (Eng.) Gumbo and I support his amendment. I want to move a further amendment to paragraph “b” of that clause which reads “the final expenditure report within three months after elections”. Three months after elections is quite a short period. When people are smarting from the hassles sometimes it takes time to compile these documents and one needs at least to have a rest. So, I propose six months. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
