This is because what I am seeing is the practicality in the middle of an election and you are being asked to give an expenditure report. You have to sit down to work on this report and yet you have thousands of candidates. I think you are bringing something that is going to be practically impossible at this point. I do not know the procedures in the Standing Orders, but I would have loved to have it hon. Gumbo’s way, in the first instance."
