    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I propose that Clause 11 (b) be amendment. In my view, the import of this clause is unfair attempt to convert candidates in accountants. Who provides the resources to do all these things listed in that clause? If you look at it and study it closely, we are merely being converted into accountants and we have to look for money. If you have to do cash flow statement, an income statement and a balance sheet, then somebody has to be professional. Therefore, this is my proposal and I beg hon. Members to agree with me. Politics and accountancy are becoming the same thing and it will be incumbent upon candidates to look for extra money to do all these assignments which are listed here."
