What I am trying to do is to say that a political party has the wherewithal to do a balance sheet, income and expenditure statement, cash flow statement and to submit audited accounts but not the candidate. So, the import of my amendment is to transfer all these and make all these requirements incumbent only upon a political party, but not the candidate. It is not practical."
