Temporary Deputy Chairman, I wish the Chair of the Committee could make us understand the proposals under Clause 16(b) – contributions from a lawful source not being from a foreigner, a foreign government, a foreign intergovernmental organisation or non-governmental organization. The reason I am asking this is because even in Kenya we have a lot of multinational corporations whose shareholding are actually foreign governments.
