Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I propose that we further amend Clause 16(a)(2) where it says “no contribution from a single source shall exceed ten percent.” That should be amended to say “no contribution from a single source shall exceed 20 per cent of the total contribution received by that candidate, political party or referendum committee”."
