    "content": "We have a further amendment in subclause (3) deleting the existing subclause and replacing it with a new subsection, which says that a candidate or a political party or a referendum committee that receives any campaign support referred to in subsection (1) shall, within 48 hours of the receipt, report such receipt and submit the contribution to the Commission. If you receive any funding from the State or from a public officer or from a State institution, the party or the candidate will be required to submit that money to the Commission, and not keep that money."
