    "content": "I do support hon. Mwaura’s amendment on Clause 19 (4). The change from one month to two months to extend the time within which the final report will have to be submitted. I agree that one month may be too short. But I do not support hon. Mwaura’s other amendment deleting Clause 19 (2) (b), the requirement to register with the commission. I do not support that amendment. I would urge you to drop it, and then we are left with the amendment of one month to two months. We will support and pass this one."
