    "content": "Thank you hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I wanted to concur with what hon. Sakaja has said, but specifically highlight that the role of the commission is to be an arbiter to disputes brought before it. I would like to initiate and say, delete the part that says “on its own initiative”. I do not know exactly where the clause is; I will be moving to the Chair. I would like to say that they can only arbitrate on issues brought before it, in terms of dispute resolution mechanisms that is proposed by the Chair."
