    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 25 be amended in subclause (3) by deleting paragraph (a). I am proposing that we delete that prescribed fee because if we look at our Constitution and the Bill of Rights, Article 35, we are allowed access to information from the State and it should be for free. It should not be at a fee."
