    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, if you do not add the words “the nature”, what the Commission will describe is the items. Without including the word “nature”, the provision says that the Commission has to describe the authorised items or activities, meaning that the Commission will actually have to list down actual activities or actual items. I think that will be an exercise in futility. So, I propose that we say “the nature of items or activities”, instead of the Commission actually having to list actual items and activities.
