    "content": "year we asked the hon. Member to assist us find land in his constituency so that we can embark on proper planning. As I have said, I am a bit surprised. But be that as it may, we have asked for this land and I know that the hon. Member has also made an effort. He has said that land is available and we need to formalize it because we cannot construct the KIE sheds until there is fullness. It is not about the land being available, but the documentation on the land needs to be proper. With regard to the CIDCs, we are constructing them in all the constituencies and most of them are now complete. We are now equipping them. This is part of our overall strategy. Therefore, one is to do with the KIE and the other is to add on by way of the CIDCs. We will progress once documentation is completed. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for example, we have just completed an estate in Kipkelion this year with 12 sheds. We have also completed an estate in Kakamega with 22 sheds. We have also added four sheds in our facilities here at the Nairobi Industrial Area. So, this is part of our overall strategy."
