    "content": "governmental organisations, again there are inter-governmental organisations whose work is actually capacity building, and working around empowerment of women and youth to contest in elections; in any case, there is already a limitation on how much a single donor can donate to a campaign; it is capped at 20 per cent. On non-government organisations (NGOs) in Kenya, I think that is easy to explain. Many of them have supported candidates through direct and indirect contribution, and all of them are bound by the 20 per cent rule. So, I agree with the amendments and ask that we put the Question.
