    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. We have a slight amendment to Clause 21 on the second subsection that the Commission may investigate a breach of this Act. I think there is a Member who is really uncomfortable with the words “on its own initiative”. So, we want to delete those words and just have “the Commission may investigate a breach of this Act.” That is the only amendment that we have agreed upon. The other one that was proposed for the tribunal will take us to many matters, including issues of Money Bills, and you have to discuss institutional framework. That might be taken up when the other electoral offences---"
