Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 21 be amended by deleting the words “PART VI: OFFENCES” and substitute therefor with the words “PART V: DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND OFFENCES” By inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 20- 21 Dispute 1. Any person may lodge a complaint with the Commission Resolution alleging that a breach of this Act has been committed.
