    "content": "As I was saying on part “(c)” the essence of deleting “three” and replacing therefore with “one,” is to make sure that one is forwarded. Instead of 12 people, seven will be forwarded. In part “(e)”, in case there is any rejection by the Cabinet Secretary, the selection panel should select another person from the list that they have shortlisted and then forward the same to the Cabinet Secretary.
