    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, as we go along in this Act, I notice that the general public are not being protected. This Act, to a larger extent, is just protecting the journalist all along. For instance, when you say in relation this Act, it assumes that if anybody has a complaint, he has first of all, to understand the Act. Earlier, we had indicated that only on ethical issues. What about other issues that affect people? In my view, that addition “in relation to this Act”, if the Chair is agreeable, should be deleted."
