    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Financial Estimates were tabled yesterday. In answering the hon. Member’s question, I said that according to the new Constitution, the TSC is a corporate body and, therefore, I cannot order them to do things contrary to what is provided in the Constitution. So, the TSC will have to act in its own right as the Commission that is charged with the responsibility of employing teachers. I cannot order them!"
