As part of supportive information that you have given to the Questioner is a letter that was signed by your Ministry to the Treasury, which in part says:- âIt is our intention to convert the contracted teachers to permanent status and recruit an additional 10,000 teachers in the Financial Year 2011/2012 and address the resultant shortage in the subsequent financial year---â"
