Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, if you look at paragraph 15, you will see that it is like one of the highlights of this Bill because it talks about professionalism in journalism; that journalists shall stick to issues. It actually provides for what is in the Constitution in terms of the right to privacy; that it shall be the right of the people to know. I think this is a good part of the Bill and we should not touch it. If you look at paragraph 18, you will see that the Member wants to delete subparagraph (3). This paragraph talks about journalists using financial information that they have been able to get in the course of their work for their own benefit.
