I beg to move:- THAT, paragraph 21 of the Second Schedule be amended by deleting the words in the third line after the word “identification”. So, it will read “The media shall not identify victims of sexual assault or publish material likely to contribute to such identification.” The explanation should either be in a memorandum or--- The rest of that is an explanation."
