    "content": "I rise on a point of order on a very important matter. As you are aware, I rise pursuant to Standing Order 83 as read together with Standing Order No. 40 on the sequence of proceedings in the House. I am aware that the business is supposed to be disposed of in accordance with Standing Order No. 40(2). Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as you are aware the Vetting of Judges and Magistrates (Amendment) Bill was approved this morning. I am seeking your direction and guidance in light of the fact that this particular amendment has timelines. If we do not pass it before 31st December, the Vetting Board will collapse and we will lose all the gains that we have made as a country.
