First of all, I want to say that this is a very short Bill which sought to introduce what is called structured compensation in the event of motor vehicle accidents. The maximum that has been fixed is Kshs3 million. What this Bill seeks to do is to apportion different parts of the body. This is because the Kshs3 million has already been fixed by the Principal Act, Section (5). The amendments that I seek to introduce as per the Order Paper seek to ensure that---"
