    "content": "I propose that we delete the word “maximum” so that it remains as “percentage”. Then delete the word “inclusive of” and replace it with “shall include but not limited to medical expenses on the judgment or claim”. That is the proposed amendment. Therefore, it will read as follows: “The percentage of the sum specified in section 5(b) and prescribed in the Schedule under this Act shall include but not limited to the medical expenses on the judgment or claim.” That is my proposed amendment."
