    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, the business appearing on today’s Order Paper as Order Nos.9, 10 and 11 be exempted from the provisions of Standing Order No.148(1), which gives the debate on the Financial Statement precedence over all other business. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a very procedural matter, because, as you know, we are not supposed to be proceeding on any other business except debate on the Financial Statement. Because we need to move these three other Motions, I would like to ask for the indulgence of the House that we actually do it without any further ado. We move these three Motions starting with this first one that I have moved, so that by 3.30 p.m. we will be ready to move debate on the Financial Statement. I would like to just ask the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs to just do the traditional bow."
