    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the essence of this Motion is to facilitate the commitment of this Bill to the relevant Committee, so that it can start looking at it and, hopefully, we can debate and finalise debate on this Bill by next week. That way, we will have this law in place before the next financial year, or, at least, before the House goes on adjournment because this is the Bill that is going to create the offices of Controller of Budget as well as the Auditor-General. These are two very critical offices that we need as part of our budgeting and accountability processes. It will be good to have them at the beginning of the financial year."
