    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Procedural Motion:- THAT, the period of the Select Committee on Cost of Living be extended by two (2) months in order to enable the Committee conclude its activities as per the terms of reference of its establishment. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have received communication from the Chairman of the Committee, the hon. Ababu Namwamba, that the Committee is making very good progress, but it requires extra time, so that they can wind up, complete all their activities and report in a comprehensive manner to this House. I believe that we have no objection to that extension of time. I hope hon. Members will support the extension."
