    "content": "Do I hear that the Committee should report progress? Members, we now step into the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation (Amendment) Bill 2013. We are considering the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation (Amendment) Bill, 2013. Order, hon. Mwaura! Hon. Members, I have been informed that there are new developments for which the approval of this House has been sought this evening as they are urgent since they relate to internal security. In this regard, the Speaker has requested that we consider the Bills in the Committee of the whole House, up to Item (iv); The Kenya Heroes Bill, 2013, and thereafter report progress to the House. Members, this will give us an opportunity to formally receive and hear the contents of the requests that I have alluded to."
