    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 be deleted and replaced with the following new clause— Amendment of section 48 of No.6 of 2008. 3. The principal Act is amended in section 48— (a) in subsection (4), by inserting the words “for consideration” immediately after the word Parliament; (b) by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (4)— The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
