We cannot consider this report and pass it as a conveyor belt, while we know that there were people who were given an opportunity to appear before this Commission and there were others who were denied the opportunity. There are people who were named and they feel that they were not given a chance or an opportunity to appear before the Commission. Parliament cannot be expected to debate the report and then pass it without interfering with it. I support the deletion by the Chairman of the Committee."
