Temporary Deputy Chairman, my further amendment is: “In considering the report pursuant to subsection (4), Parliament shall not interfere with the context, text, form and substance of the report.” In 2007/2008 and since independence, this country has gone through many atrocities. Families in this country are mourning. They have not settled. They have not rested their loved ones. Maybe, some of us here have not lost our loved ones in the circumstances that other families have lost their loved ones. Maybe, that is why we can sit here tonight and say that we want to alter the TJRC Report. This is a report of a Commission that sat for long hours and for many days, using public resources. This House now wants to alter the Report."
